Welcome to my blog.  Here I’ll be posting weekly recipes – ones that are easy, healthy, and delicious! I’m a senior at Northwestern University who lives a busy life: between class, work, studying, campus activities, spending time with friends, and training for a marathon, life can get pretty hectic. But, no matter how busy my days and weeks get, I almost always find time to cook dinner. Whether it’s pulling together a quick salad, making a 30 minute meal, or cooking with friends, being in the kitchen is my time to de-stress, unwind, and take care of myself. Putting balanced and healthful meals into my body makes helps me keep up with my active lifestyle – plus it just tastes better!
